Overview As a Construction Project Manager at Jacobs, you lead projects from conception through closeout at client sites in Albany, driving delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities- Lead projects through concept to closeout with established controls and procedures
- Manage scheduling, safety, quality, and coordination with designers
- Oversee change orders and contractor payment reviews
- Provide on-site leadership for 4-5 projects concurrently
- Maintain client relationships and ensure cost-effective project delivery
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and be the main point of contact on-site
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction
- Minimum 6 years of construction experience across multiple phases and project values above 5 million dollars
- Strong knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, contract management, and project delivery methods
- Ability to manage 4-5 projects using established controls and provide on-site leadership
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check clearance required
- CCM certification (preferred)
- Related education or certifications may partially fulfill experience requirements
