Services Architect 3 - Denver

As a Senior Implementation Architect, you will design and guide Datadog implementations, shaping the technical roadmap for customers. You'll lead onboarding, architect deployment templates, and manage project execution to accelerate time-to-value. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and solve deployment challenges. This role combines hands-on cloud and DevOps expertise with strategic customer alignment to drive successful implementations.

• Design and guide end-to-end Datadog implementations, including requirements gathering, architecture design, deployment support, and launch
• Lead customer onboarding through collaborative sessions and help remove roadblocks
• Write automation and deployment templates; develop scalable deployment architectures
• Manage the operation and lifecycle of implementation projects
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to ensure a superior onboarding experience

• Experience designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps monitoring or architecture systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compute technologies (EC2, serverless, VMware, VMs, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Config Management, IaC and CI/CD tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines)
• Programming/scripting experience (Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP, .NET)
• 5+ years as an Architect or Consultant in professional services
