Overview

In this HR Administrator role, you support day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate, confidential employee records. You will work closely with the HR team to assist onboarding, payroll, benefits, audits, and compliance initiatives. The position involves managing multiple priorities across HRIS, reporting, and employee communications to keep HR processes smooth and data-driven. You will contribute to candidate coordination and employee engagement, helping the organization scale its people operations during peak periods. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to impact HR service delivery in a busy, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Maintain confidential employee personnel files and HR records
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9, background checks, and system setup
  • Process employee changes (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations, updates)
  • Enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee benefit questions
  • Support payroll and timekeeping processes with accurate employee information
  • Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and internal communications
  • Assist with employment verifications and other employee documentation requests
  • Track employee records, certifications, compliance documentation, and required forms
  • Coordinate interviews, recruiting activities, and candidate communications
  • Support employee engagement activities, meetings, and events
  • Respond to routine employee questions and escalate complex matters
  • Assist with audits, compliance projects, and other HR initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Perform general administrative duties and special projects
