Overview In this role you will independently manage construction projects from bid support to owner acceptance, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, budget, and safety standards. You work as the primary point of contact for owners and design partners, driving project objectives and successful delivery. You will shape execution through coordination of startups, progress reviews, and closeout activities while overseeing on-site work via a Project Superintendent. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on financial performance and risk management.

Responsibilities- Act as owner point of contact to assess scope, staffing, and resources
- Set project objectives, policies, and procedures aligned with company standards
- Coordinate startup, progress, and closeout meetings
- Manage subcontract buyout, scope reviews, and purchase orders
- Develop and maintain schedules, submittals, material tracking, and milestones
- Build budgets and cost codes and manage financial reporting
- Oversee on-site construction through direction of the Project Superintendent
- Process RFIs, change orders, notifications, and potential claims
- Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance
- Conduct project meetings and document progress, decisions, and risks
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and progress photos
- Report directly to the Project Executive
Key requirements- Four year engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of construction management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
