Overview In this role you will lead a national Talent Acquisition team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities- Lead a team of 8 recruiters and collaborate with a peer supervisor and TA Manager
- Coach and develop recruiters to meet individual and team goals; foster a high-performance culture
- Drive strategic recruiting plans with leaders and train hiring managers on best practices
- Ensure consistent, fair, and high-quality hiring processes across the organization
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Continuously optimize recruiting processes and strategies based on data and trends
Key requirements- 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior leadership experience leading recruiters or TA teams (strongly preferred)
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments with constant change
- Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using data and analytics to drive recruiting decisions
