Overview In this role you lead enterprise recovery engagements during active cyber incidents, guiding restoration sequencing across complex environments. You map architectures and dependencies to craft structured recovery plans and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You develop and maintain recovery playbooks and deploy recovery tools, turning incident learnings into strategic improvements. You shape the capability and growth of the Cyber Recovery practice while working across client environments.

Responsibilities- Lead enterprise recovery engagements from triage to full restoration
- Map client architecture and dependencies to execute a sequenced recovery plan
- Act as senior-stakeholder advisor, communicating complex decisions under pressure
- Develop and maintain enterprise recovery playbooks, workflows, and runbooks
- Own deployment, configuration, and validation of recovery tools
- Translate lessons from engagements into strategic transformation roadmaps
- Assess team capabilities, design training to elevate recovery expertise
- Represent the practice in high-stakes client situations
- Drive capability development by maturing tools, methodologies, and frameworks
Key requirements- 8+ years in enterprise architecture, infrastructure design, or related discipline
- 1+ years mapping dependencies across large complex environments
- 1+ years with enterprise backup and restoration tools in large-scale environments
- 3+ years engaging with senior or executive stakeholders
- 4+ years client-facing consulting in infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or cybersecurity
- 2+ years leading teams or workstreams in a consulting/advisory setting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
