Responsibilities- Lead delivery of Data Science, AI, and Analytics programs
- Manage onshore and offshore Data Science & ML teams
- Bridge business and technical domains for internal and external use
- Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and ensure alignment
- Lead sales process and solutioning for DS/ML opportunities
- Customize DS/ML/AI/Analytics models for industry-specific problems
- Collaborate across Accenture network with strategy, consulting, and tech teams
- Develop DS/ML/AI talent within the organization
- Identify AI use cases, build business cases, determine ROI, and shape transformation roadmaps
- Advise on adoption of responsible AI and governance, train users, track results, communicate value
- Travel up to 80% as needed
Key requirements- Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics
- Minimum 6 years building decision-based frameworks and models
- Minimum 1 year serving utilities clients or in utilities finance/regulatory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 6+ years if Associate's Degree)
