Responsibilities- Provide a full building surveying service to external clients and internal teams
- Support and share workload with colleagues in the Building Consultancy Department
- Carry out Building Surveys of commercial and residential properties
- Prepare Schedules of Dilapidations and negotiate with opposing parties
- Manage refurbishment, conversion and new build projects (PM, contract administration, design)
- Prepare feasibility studies and collaborate with other disciplines
- Undertake Principal Designer role for small projects to comply with CDM 2015
- Provide professional advice to clients and others
- Deliver Party Wall Act 1996 services to Building and Adjoining owners
- Prepare Schedules of Condition and negotiate with others'
Key requirements- RICS Chartered, with experience in a commercial consultancy
- Experience advising on residential and agricultural assets
- Strong understanding of local and national markets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and produce reports across sites
- Excellent client management, with capacity to coach junior team members
- Driving licence is essential
