Overview In this role you will drive development and engagement for Attorneys across the firm, aligning individual progress with business goals. You'll partner with firm leadership to shape hiring, onboarding, and advancement within a high-performance, inclusive culture. You'll use data and advisory input to inform talent decisions and oversee programs that prepare attorneys for future leadership. Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day development, performance, and engagement for assigned Attorneys
- Lead onboarding and integration to ensure smooth cultural and workflow fit
- Coordinate staffing and resource allocation to match skills with client work and priorities
- Support performance management, career progression, and development plans with partners and stakeholders
- Identify trends and develop strategies for hiring, onboarding, retention, and advancement
- Oversee training initiatives and collaborate on targeted programming and individual learning plans
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Practice Management, Talent, and other teams
- Promote policy awareness and drive compliance related to firm practices
Key requirements- J.D. degree strongly preferred with solid legal principles knowledge
- minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a large law firm or similar professional services environment
- experience in legal staffing, workforce planning, or attorney development highly preferred
