Overview In this role, you will support the Lab's compliance advisory and data analytics offerings by blending regulatory knowledge with quantitative methods. You'll contribute to client-facing assessments, portfolio monitoring, and risk analytics projects, applying AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency. You will collaborate across disciplines to translate complex compliance concepts into actionable guidance for attorneys and clients. Responsibilities- Design, implement, and evaluate client compliance programs and risk assessments
- Conduct gap analyses and portfolio monitoring reviews under senior supervision
- Support regulatory analysis in sanctions, anti-bribery and sector-specific frameworks
- Produce client-ready deliverables including reports and remediation roadmaps
- Advance AI-driven workflows for monitoring and advisory work
- Develop and execute data analytics workflows for compliance monitoring and reporting
- Apply statistical methods and data visualization to identify patterns and risk indicators
- Contribute to data governance offerings such as mapping, classification, and QA protocols
- Support integration of AI/ML tools into compliance workflows, including prompt engineering and tool evaluation
- Collaborate with the data science consultant on projects requiring regulatory context and quantitative execution
- Assist with business development through proposal content and scoping documents
- Engage with professional communities to inform service development
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3-5 years in compliance, regulatory consulting, or advisory roles in healthcare, banking/investment management, or biotech/pharmaceuticals
- Applied experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative risk analysis
- Foundational knowledge of compliance program structure and DOJ guidance or equivalent
- Familiarity with sanctions screening, anti-bribery/FCPA, data governance, or regulatory risk modeling
- Proficiency with Python, R, SQL or comparable tools; comfortable with structured and unstructured data
- Strong communication and collaboration with lawyers and data scientists
