Overview In this role, you will provide bioanalytical support for PK, PK/PD, TK, and TGI studies across Cogent's programs, with a focus on LC-MS/MS quantitation of small molecules in biological matrices. You will independently develop methods, perform routine bioanalysis, and communicate high-quality data to DMPK leads. You will maintain and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS systems, and contribute to technical writing for preclinical ADME IND efforts. This position sits at the core of advancing bezuclastinib and related programs in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities- Develop LC-MS/MS methods to quantify small molecules in biological matrices
- Perform routine bioanalysis and data release to DMPK project leads
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair LC-MS/MS instrumentation and software; coordinate with service engineers as needed
- Support technical writing and data QC for preclinical ADME IND efforts
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication and timely electronic notebook entries
Key requirements- BA/BS with 10 years or MS with 8 years of analytical work in Pharma/Biotech
- Experience with LC-MS/MS and method development, quantitation, and data interpretation
- Independence and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of small molecule quantitative bioanalysis and LC-MS/MS instrumentation
