Overview In this role you oversee the development, maintenance, and analysis of schedules for non-fab facilities, collaborating with construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to deliver safe, on-time project outcomes. You'll drive look-ahead planning, monitor progress and productivity, and support recovery plans to mitigate schedule risks. This position sits within Bechtel's Manufacturing & Technology unit, contributing to large-scale semiconductor, EV, and data center projects. You'll work with global teams to align schedules with project objectives and performance reporting.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Level 3/4 and detailed schedules for Non-Fab scope
- Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning activities
- Monitor progress, productivity, earned quantities, and manpower trends
- Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis
- Assist area managers and construction teams with recovery and mitigation plans
- Support look-ahead planning (90-day, 3-week, monthly forecasts)
- Coordinate schedule updates with subcontractors and construction supervision
- Generate progress and performance reporting packages
- Monitor schedule impacts from design changes, constraints, and field conditions
- Support quantity tracking, earned value, and construction performance reporting
- Participate in work package planning and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years total experience
- Primavera P6 scheduling expertise
- Strong CPM scheduling knowledge
- Power BI dashboard development
- Earned Value Management concepts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to interpret interfaces across engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and construction
