You will work within the TechEx practice to design, build, and integrate bespoke software while mentoring the next generation of leaders. Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to analyze existing systems and define modernization and integration designs.
- Lead full lifecycle software projects from requirements through rollout in Agile environments.
- Demonstrate a creative, proactive approach to design within client constraints.
- Develop interactive front-end and back-end applications across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Engage in product development lifecycle including prototyping, user feedback, testing, and iteration.
- Learn and apply new languages, paradigms, and frameworks to advance technical depth.
- Leverage Generative AI capabilities to enhance client solutions using AI tools and frameworks.
- Provide strategic architectural guidance and ensure high-quality delivery in fast-paced settings.
Key requirements- Proficiency in multiple programming languages across full-stack development
- Proven experience with .Net and/or Java, plus React and Angular
- Strong cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Advanced knowledge of databases and data integration
- Experience with Agile methods and leading dispersed teams
- Consultative technical business acumen to support revenue targets
- Ability to present modernization strategies to clients
- Domain expertise in digital product modernization, modern integration platforms, and AI-enabled products
- Track record delivering solutions to Fortune 1000/enterprise clients in varied delivery models
