Overview

In this Regulatory Manager role, you steer regulatory activities for a portfolio of active ingredients and end-use products across geographies. You will align registration strategies with business goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulators to ensure high-quality submissions. You'll serve as the technical regulatory liaison, translate regulatory findings into commercial implications, and manage portfolio budgeting and outcomes. This role offers impact by shaping registrations that meet grower and end-user needs within a global regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Manage regulatory activities for product portfolio across AIs, end-use products, new uses, sources and other regulatory actions by geography
  • Implement product registration strategies to align with business plans and market needs
  • Collaborate with Asset leads, Development, Marketing and cross-functional teams to meet regulatory expectations
  • Manage portfolio budgeting and provide monthly regulatory forecasting updates
  • Coordinate with Regulatory country managers to ensure high-quality submissions compliant with regulations
  • Serve as primary regulatory liaison for assigned projects and maintain professional and timely communication of regulatory information
  • Interpret regulatory information for internal audiences and explain commercial implications
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in a regulatory role within the plant protection industry
  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology or related science field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of regional/country registration requirements, policies and procedures
  • Proven ability to write and orally communicate technical issues
  • Experience managing regulatory issues for active ingredients
  • Detail-oriented with leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem solving and regulatory science understanding
