Responsibilities- Counsel clients on corporate governance, business transactions, and related legal matters across industries
- Manage mergers and acquisitions matters through due diligence, structuring, drafting, negotiation, and closing
- Prepare, revise, and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documents
- Support clients with entity-related matters and day-to-day corporate needs
