Overview As a Sr. HR Business Partner, you'll partner with senior leaders to shape talent, culture, and organizational design in a creative gaming environment. Responsibilities- Build trusted relationships with business leaders to influence outcomes and manage change.
- Partner with Sr Leaders and HR COEs to align talent acquisition, performance and rewards, and development with strategic goals.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to derive insights, identify trends, and drive solutions.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to strengthen capabilities and operating model effectiveness.
- Advance culture and belonging through hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
- Collaborate with leaders on leadership development, succession planning, and critical-role pipelines.
Key requirements- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with several years in a senior HRBP or equivalent role.
- BS in Business (or related field).
- Experience supporting leaders in Gaming or Entertainment preferred.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of commercial and operational drivers.
- Proven organizational design and change management skills.
- Experience building and executing people plans tied to multi-year priorities.
- Ability to deliver results in a matrixed organization with hands-on execution.
