Overview

As a Senior Product . Bank, you will shape and execute the Workday HCM product vision to improve employee and manager experiences. You will align cross-functional teams across business lines and technology to deliver strategic outcomes, manage OKRs, and drive execution on the product roadmap. You will work in an agile environment to simplify processes and maximize business impact, with a focus on customer-centric and data-driven decisions. Responsibilities
  • Analyze business data to understand needs and drive employee/manager experience
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to define and drive product strategy
  • Own and drive OKRs for Workday HCM core processes and broader product experience
  • Define and evolve Workday HCM product strategy and ensure execution along the roadmap
  • Prioritize in an agile setting with analytics, risk, and configuration teams to deliver effective outcomes
Key requirements
  • Workday HCM product management experience including ownership of core processes
  • Experience owning or being accountable for a technical product
  • Proven ability to define and lead product strategy across complex or multi-product environments
  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes (adoption, efficiency, cost, risk reduction)
  • HR technology product management experience with interdependencies among product elements to align resources using metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and customer needs
  • Strong customer centricity and ability to ensure positive customer experience
  • Knowledge of software product technical aspects and ability to design/configure/integrate
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and risk management as applied to product development
  • Comprehensive product discipline: strategy, discovery, development, channel alignment, adoption, customer research, and performance optimization
