Overview In this role you will own end-to-end subcontracts, from RFP through award and delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to navigate complex agreements. You will drive SOWs, SDRLs, and FAR/DFARs compliance while monitoring supplier performance and ensuring government requirements are met. You'll play a key part in scaling procurement for multiple programs at Anduril and shaping high-impact, high-visibility projects. Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end subcontract lifecycle (RFP, evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, administration, closeout)
- Collaborate with program management, technical, legal, proposal, contract managers, and procurement teams
- Generate detailed SOWs and manage SDRLs aligned to negotiated scope
- Monitor subcontractor performance, oversee product acceptance, and support source selection
- Lead subcontract proposal and award processes, including FAR/DFAR documentation and negotiations
- Perform cost and schedule variance investigations
- Coordinate with contracts and PM teams on flowdowns, proposal schedules, and evaluation documentation for proposals
- Identify changes to subcontract technical scope and streamline subcontracting processes
- Ensure compliance with government requirements
Key requirements- Bachelor degree in law, accounting/finance, business, supply chain management or related compliance field
- 5+ years of experience in multi-discipline programs managing high complexity, full-life cycle subcontracts
- Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR, CAS, and ITAR compliance
- Experience evaluating subcontractor performance and deliverables
- Ability to relocate to onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
