Construction Planner & Scheduler (Air Gapped Cloud)

In this role you will lead construction scheduling for mission-critical datacenter projects, ensuring milestone-driven execution from preconstruction to turnover. You work onsite with GC's, trade partners, and Microsoft delivery teams to provide accurate schedule insights and progress tracking. You'll identify risks and help drive mitigation, supporting project leadership to meet delivery commitments. This is a field-focused role that emphasizes precision, collaboration, and timely decisions to keep projects on track. You will be a key contributor to the execution team, with a clear impact on campus-wide delivery.

• Develop and maintain CPM-based construction schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Integrate contractor and vendor schedules into a unified project schedule
• Maintain logic, durations, and sequencing aligned with scope and field conditions
• Establish baselines and milestone tracking
• Perform onsite progress validation and update schedules with field data
• Support short-term and look-ahead planning with contractors and site teams
• Conduct basic CPM/variance analysis and produce schedule reports and KPIs
• Review contractor-submitted schedules for completeness and logic, escalating issues as needed
• Identify schedule risks and coordinate mitigation with project teams
• Participate in schedule coordination meetings withGCs, subcontractors, and Microsoft stakeholders
• Communicate updates, risks, and issues to project managers and field teams
• Own schedule execution and reporting for assigned projects or portions of a campus
• Support validation of schedule impacts from changes, delays, or field issues

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5+ years of experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar and CPM methodology
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, sequences, and methods
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with onsite/field-based roles and in data center or mission-critical projects
• U.S. citizenship verification and background check requirements
• Willingness to travel between project sites and work mainly onsite
• Security clearance preferred or ability to obtain
