Overview In this role you will create and manage BIM representations of places, buildings, and structures using BIM tools. You will work largely independently, coordinating with engineers and architects to produce accurate models and documentation. Your work supports project standards, coordination, and the delivery of construction drawings. Responsibilities- Perform complex BIM-related technical support and production tasks
- Develop BIM execution plans
- Enforce project standards and manage shared coordinates
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings
- Organize drawing sets and manage sheet indexes
- Develop discipline models and manage shared coordinates
- Create detailed 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information for accurate models
- Update models per revised plans and specifications
- Generate 2D drawings and details from 3D models for construction documentation
- Coordinate existing condition/LiDAR models
- Demonstrate flexibility to take on evolving tasks
- Mentor less experienced team members
Key requirements- 4+ years of BIM, construction, architecture, or related professional experience
- Proficiency in BIM software and execution plan development
- Strong ability to enforce project standards and manage shared coordinates
- Experience with BIM coordination meetings and discipline model setup
- Strong skills in organizing drawing sets and LiDAR/existing condition coordination
- Excellent Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D skills
- Strong problem-solving and independent work capability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Advanced BIM task proficiency and contribution to project outcomes
