Overview In this role you will lead large-scale data, analytics, and AI initiatives that span multiple functions, translating ambiguous needs into clear strategies and roadmaps. You will own end-to-end delivery, from discovery to adoption and measurement of business value, while coordinating cross-functional dependencies. You'll assess data readiness, establish governance and reporting, and advise senior leadership on AI strategies aligned to enterprise priorities. You will build trusted relationships and translate findings into concrete recommendations to boost decision-making and client outcomes.

Responsibilities- Lead strategy and execution of complex data, analytics, and AI initiatives across business and tech functions
- Translate ambiguous business needs into problem statements, scope, roadmaps, data requirements, and success measures
- Own end-to-end initiative delivery-from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value measurement
- Coordinate dependencies, decisions, risks, and escalations with partnerships across business, data, technology, risk, legal, and operations
- Evaluate data availability, quality, and governance to enable scalable AI/analytics solutions
- Establish repeatable delivery frameworks, governance routines, and executive reporting
- Advise senior leadership on data/AI strategies for complex needs
- Build and maintain executive relationships and align priorities across a matrixed organization
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations, tradeoffs, and investment plans
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML, automation, and analytics to improve decision-making and client outcomes
- Serve as primary coordinator for senior stakeholders across initiatives
- Develop executive-ready communications and facilitate governance forums to explain complex data concepts
Key requirements- 7+ years in analytics, statistics, or related field with leadership of complex data/AI initiatives
- Experience leading multi-threaded programs in a large, matrixed organization
- Deep understanding of enterprise data concepts (sourcing, quality, governance, analytics)
- Strong partner management and influence without direct authority
- Executive-level communication skills for senior leaders and governance forums
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, set priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver under tight timelines
