Overview In this role you will serve as the senior HR partner to the Head of Americas Distribution, shaping people strategy for a key commercial unit. You will influence leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and talent initiatives to enable growth and transform the operating model. The position emphasizes partnering with executives, driving data-driven decisions, and embedding DEI and governance in all people solutions. This is a high-impact, executive-facing role within a globally distributed investment firm.

Responsibilities- Advise the Head of Americas Distribution on leadership effectiveness, organizational strategy, and people-related risk
- Translate business strategy into an integrated people agenda supporting growth and operating model evolution
- Provide data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions and workforce planning
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives
- Coach leaders on change management and sustainment of new structures and capabilities
- Shape talent strategies, succession, and leadership development with Learning & Development
- Embed diversity, equity & inclusion into leadership and talent practices
- Partner with Compensation on reward strategies and governance during annual cycles
- Manage risk and governance related to people decisions in collaboration with Legal and other stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization
- Proven experience advising ELT/C-suite or equivalent with strong executive presence
- Experience supporting revenue-generating, client-facing business (distribution/sales/wealth/institutional)
- Experience in a highly matrixed and/or regulated enterprise with governance and risk discipline
- Strong grounding in employee relations, employment law, and risk management
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
