Overview In this role you will lead on-site construction management for industrial facilities, covering installations, site work, and repurposing projects. You will partner with clients and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget execution of design-build and turnkey projects. You'll manage schedules, coordinate trades, and resolve day-to-day site issues, shaping value through constructability input and proactive change management. This position offers travel, client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute to a values-based, client-centered culture. Responsibilities- Travel and work full-time on-site at client facilities
- Promote and monitor safety policies for Foth and clients
- Serve as primary technical contact with client and internal design teams
- Oversee construction management for Design Build installations to meet specs
- Maintain and coordinate construction schedules with engineering, trades, vendors, and client
- Lead and coordinate trades to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule execution
- Resolve day-to-day issues on-site independently
- Coordinate resolution of technical/design issues with engineering teams
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes with the project manager
- Provide constructability input and keep stakeholders informed with daily reports
Key requirements- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience
- 10+ years of industrial construction management experience
