Responsibilities- Own and manage the facilities expansion site-wide commissioning program, including master commissioning plan, turnover packages, and schedules
- Lead QA/QC oversight across all trade contractors with ITPs in place, executed, and documented
- Drive pre-functional and functional testing for MERFEI systems, building systems, and process utilities (cleanroom HVAC, UPW, chemical distribution, electrical power, BMS)
- Coordinate system walkdowns, punch list generation/resolution with Construction Manager, contractors, and TI D&E leads
- Partner with TI Fab Operations to align commissioning sequencing with tool qualification milestones and readiness requirements
- Establish and enforce project-wide quality standards, NCR procedures, and corrective action processes
- Review/approve contractor quality submittals including ITPs, method statements, and commissioning procedures
- Track/report commissioning progress, open punch items, and turnover status to Project Manager and stakeholders
- Identify risks to schedule/quality; drive corrective/preventive actions
- Maintain complete, auditable commissioning and quality records; deliver final turnover packages at closeout
- Coordinate with BIM Information Coordinator and Design Coordinator to reflect as-built conditions prior to turnover
- Participate in construction progress meetings and commissioning readiness reviews
- Standardize processes across the site and align with global QAQC/CX processes across TI
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience supporting facilities or project teams
