Overview As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will define and drive talent strategies to support our long-term objectives in automation and manufacturing. You'll partner with hiring managers to shape staffing plans and lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. You'll build robust pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and promote our employer brand. Responsibilities- Identify staffing needs with hiring managers and define candidate criteria
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in engineering, automation, manufacturing, software, and robotics
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
- Create and optimize job descriptions and postings
- Drive recruitment marketing, branding, and talent community development
- Maintain strong ATS/CRM usage and manage candidate experience
- Build relationships with universities, technical schools, and industry organizations to strengthen early talent pipelines
- Collaborate with HR partners on labor market insights and workforce planning
- Manage relationships with external agencies and staffing partners
- Promote the company as an employer of choice and ensure communication with stakeholders throughout the process
- Pursue continuous improvement in recruiting practices and personal development
Key requirements- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, automation, manufacturing, or related fields
- Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for difficult roles
- Strong partnership with hiring managers and leaders in a consultative capacity
- Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial automation, robotics, or similar technical industries (preferred)
- Current or prior experience or automation industry experience preferred
