Responsibilities- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues across ADP products and services
- Serve as HR expert for major clients and provide solutions for complex needs
- Work independently and proactively with clients to deliver information and training on ADP solutions
- Communicate effectively to exceed client expectations and manage priorities and follow-up
- Interpret business issues, recommend best practices, and share knowledge with less experienced colleagues
- Contribute to a culture of integrity and high ethical standards in client interactions
Key requirements- 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
- 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven positive results
- College degree not required; alternative experiences considered including military service
