Overview In this role you will contribute to construction assurance and testing services as part of Intertek-PSI in San Antonio. You'll operate under supervision to perform testing, site observations and project support, helping to manage client relationships and project logistics. You will work with cross-functional teams to advance project opportunities, budgets, and invoicing while leading field personnel when needed. This is a hands-on position with growth potential in the A/E/C space and a focus on quality and client outcomes.

Responsibilities- Conduct testing, site observations and assessments per procedures
- Attend and lead project meetings; nurture client relationships to develop new opportunities
- Review project setup; prepare and follow up on advanced proposals
- Perform contract review and negotiate terms
- Monitor project budgets and initiate change orders
- Prepare and submit invoices; support project closeout
- Supervise field personnel; assist with equipment issues
- Support lab, field and administrative duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Valid driver's license with reliable driving record
- EIT or ability to obtain EIT within 6 months
- Effective communication, verbal and written; strong interpersonal skills
- Internal PMCP completion within 6 months of hire
- Ability to lead and supervise others
