Overview As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will shape GTM hiring strategy to attract top sales and revenue professionals. You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to forecast talent needs and build robust pipelines. You will own full-cycle recruiting, deliver a premium candidate experience, and influence hiring decisions with market insights. Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding for GTM roles
- Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to align hiring with territory goals and growth plans
- Forecast talent needs and develop hiring plans to meet growth objectives
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical GTM positions
- Provide consultative feedback to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate quality
- Act as a Trace3 brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Ensure data accuracy across recruiting platforms and deliver hiring analytics to leadership
- Support employer branding, diversity recruiting, and talent community initiatives
- Participate in Talent Acquisition, People & Organizational Health, and M&A integration initiatives as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Seven+ years of progressive in-house recruiting experience, with use in high-growth sales/GTM
- Experience recruiting for channel, partner ecosystem, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, infrastructure, and digital transformation sales
- Track record recruiting revenue-generating roles (Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Leaders, BDRs)
- Experience in technology/IT services, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity industries preferred
- Proven ability to build passive pipelines and identify top sales talent in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of GTM structures, sales roles, quotas, and revenue objectives
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting tech (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong interviewing, analytics, and metrics knowledge
- Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
