Overview In this role you drive system-level integration and quality across value streams, shaping how complex projects are reviewed and mitigated. You will lead the development of system-level solutions, mentor technical architects, and establish a roadmap for controls standards. You'll work on risk identification and mitigation, RCA leadership, and knowledge sharing to raise overall project quality. - Lead System Level Integration across value streams
- Act as complex project reviewer across value streams

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher with 15+ years of experience
- HMI / User Interface Screens Development
- Minimum 6 years of experience in performing technical reviews
- Excellent knowledge about New Units and Services Upgrade processes
- Hands-on experience with physics-based simulation platforms for software validation
