Responsibilities- Act as a Strategic Translator to bridge communication between Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Business Leads for aligned roadmaps.
- Facilitate blueprinting and joint sessions to define future-state models and system integrations.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor with cross-organizational relationships to influence portfolio planning and integration.
- Develop and deliver training materials to disseminate architecture standards and methodologies.
- Establish and implement architecture processes and standards to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Perform gap analyses and lead Architecture Governance reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Architects to standardize business capability models and process maps.
- Manage architectural deliverables within Jira, balancing governance with agile delivery.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field
- 5+ years of information technology experience
- 2+ years as a Business Architect or Business Analyst with experience presenting to business and technical stakeholders
- 2+ years in strategy planning, requirements management, and conceptual business modeling (Current vs. Future State)
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., YouDesign, Miro, Signavio, LeanIX, Microsoft Visio or similar)
- 2+ years of analytical experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting
