Overview

In this role you support daily deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients, handling tasks such as NAV computations, financial statements, capital events, and fee calculations. You work with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and resolve client issues within SLAs. You'll leverage knowledge of PE fund structures and US GAAP to ensure accurate reporting and governance. This is a hands-on, client-focused position that helps scale operations and maintain risk controls within a leading private equity services business.

Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients, including managing client expectations and timelines and handling issues and escalations.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Coordinate with risk, audit, compliance, implementation, investor relations, and operations teams.
  • Ensure adherence to control framework and policies.
  • Contribute to ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives.
  • Provide oversight on technical topics and client-related issues, collaborating with team members.
  • Review fund governing documents, side letters, and agreements to assess impact on reporting deliverables and ensure compliance.
Key requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA) with 4+ years of Private Equity fund experience in administration or related roles.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and thorough understanding of PE fund structures.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and collaborative management style.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client service skills; ability to own and manage projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced MS Excel skills.
