Overview In this role you will drive design delivery for healthcare, educational, civic, and research facilities within HDR's architecture practice. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create resilient, sustainable spaces that enhance community well-being and healing environments. You'll manage phases of revenue-producing projects and contribute to design excellence through collaboration, technical rigor, and client engagement. Responsibilities- Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques with limited adaptations
- Carry out assignments with defined objectives and a limited variable scope
- Follow instructions on assignment objectives and complex features
- Execute architectural work with some direction and limited design responsibility
- Recommend and select procedures for projects
- Prepare reports and specifications on architectural matters
- Take responsibility for phases of revenue-producing projects as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- Registered Architect
- 3 years of experience minimum
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related tools
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Graphic presentation skills
