HR Manager

As Human Resources Manager, you lead the HRBP team to design and deliver HR strategies that enhance organizational performance. You partner with clients, COEs, and leadership to drive engagement, talent development, change leadership, and workforce effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage data analytics to measure impact and help shape business-area initiatives and a broader HR agenda. This role offers influence across the organization and opportunities to lead transformative HR programs.

• Lead an HRBP team and partner with clients and HR COEs to implement HR strategies and day-to-day actions in engagement, relations, talent and leadership development, workforce strategy, talent acquisition, organization effectiveness, and culture.
• Utilize data analytics to understand and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Act as a senior HR leader within the Business Area and Sector HR teams and drive or participate in large-scale initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Broad HR subject matter expertise including HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver HR strategies and solutions; proactive, resourceful, collaborative.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to build relationships, consult, coach and influence senior leaders.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Experience leading change within client groups.
• Strong project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
