Overview

As a System IC Architect, you define PoL-focused power solutions and SiP-based packages to enable high-performance automotive and AI compute platforms. You will shape product concepts, roadmaps, and architecture strategy in collaboration with R&D and product leaders. You'll translate customer needs into innovative packaging and power-management solutions while supporting thermal and electrical performance in demanding environments. This role offers impact on next-generation PoL architectures and cross-functional execution across globally distributed teams. You will drive early-stage architecture for AI compute and electrification, with a clear path to revenue realization.

Responsibilities
  • Own System IC Architecture to define concepts and specs for power semiconductor modules and SiP solutions
  • Develop and maintain long-term product and technology roadmaps with product lines and R&D
  • Translate customer requirements into packaging and power-management solutions
  • Support development through thermal optimization and electrical analysis
  • Lead integration of ICs and power semiconductors into advanced packages and systems with SiP expertise
  • Drive early-phase engineering and architecture for AI compute, 48V automotive systems, and electrification platforms
  • Provide strategic insights on power-management technologies and benchmark readiness
  • Analyze customer needs to deliver optimized power efficiency and thermal management for reliability
  • Report KPIs and project status to executive stakeholders
Key requirements
  • 15+ years in power semiconductors, packaging, and system-level integration
  • Expertise in System-in-Package (SiP) integration
  • Proven track record from product definition to revenue realization
  • Strong thermal, electrical performance, and reliability focus
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation tools (Cadence Spectre, PSPICE, HSPICE, Saber, Simetrix/Simplis, Verilog-AMS)
  • Knowledge of PCB materials and stack-up
  • Experience powering high-performance compute SoC platforms; automotive-grade standards valued
  • Experience with Functional Safety standards (ISO26262/IEC61508) a plus
  • Ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and manage complex projects
