Overview

As an HR Business Partner for Enterprise Technology, you will develop and implement human capital strategies to align with the ETX business goals. You'll provide consultative HR support across staffing, compensation, benefits, DEI, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, partnering with senior leaders to shape HR direction. You will collaborate across HR COEs and lead organizational design, talent mobility, and inclusion initiatives to drive business performance. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human capital strategies to support client business strategy in ETX
  • Provide consultative HR guidance across staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, DEI, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Influence business strategy and partner with senior leaders to plan HR initiatives
  • Lead organizational design discussions to ensure structures and rewards align with priorities
  • Drive talent management activities including talent pipelines and mobility within and across BU/CU
  • Collaborate with HR COEs and cross-functional teams to enable business goals
  • Promote inclusion as a core focus across talent touchpoints and leadership development
  • Engage leaders with executive-level communication and change leadership
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of HR experience including consultative HRBP work
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience supporting technology functions and/or non-U.S. organizations
  • Strong communication, resilience, self-motivation, and self-awareness
  • Experience in executive-level presentations, influencing, and change leadership
  • Understanding of complex and high-value compensation plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
