Responsibilities- Provide high-level policy reviews and respond to public comments
- Compare health effects and industrial hygiene practices across industries
- Identify workplace hazards and engage experts for OSHA-related topics
- Analyze strategies to reduce risks and assess control method limitations
- Design and implement processes that protect workers in hazardous environments
- Develop information, research needs, and training materials on health and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and industry studies to gather exposure data
- Support rulemaking hearings and present findings to stakeholders
Key requirements- Master's degree or equivalent with 6+ years in program management, education, facilitation, or site assessments
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in communication, education, and knowledge management
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools
- Experience with OSHA guidelines and regulations preferred
