Human Resources Coordinator (HR)

In this HR Coordinator role, you enable smooth workforce operations at Paradise Valley Hospital by handling new-hire onboarding, background checks, and compliance tasks. You work with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate HR data in the HRIS and maintain licensure records. You support employee inquiries and recognition programs, contributing to a compliant, compassionate workplace. • Process new hire paperwork and background checks; coordinate drug screens and I-9/E-Verify
• Handle status changes, terminations, promotions, and other employee changes with approvals
• Maintain licensure and certification reports to stay compliant with laws and regulations
• Process evaluations and keep personnel records up to date
• Assist with hospital recognition programs and respond to general HR questions

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years of HR experience
