Overview

In this role you will shape the employee experience and drive people initiatives to support business growth. You will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with company objectives and lead a high-performing People Operations team. You'll tackle talent management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance while fostering engagement and inclusion. Responsibilities
  • Partner with the VP of People to align HR operations and growth strategies with business objectives
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics to assess HR metrics and present data to executives
  • Coach leaders on performance enablement, team dynamics, and organizational design
  • Oversee performance management, engagement initiatives, career architecture, and succession planning
  • Manage end-to-end benefits strategy and administration including open enrollment, wellness, and leave monitoring
  • Lead onboarding, retention efforts, and exit analytics for continuous improvement
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with empathy in collaboration with legal
  • Maintain policies, handbooks, and immigration sponsorship aligned with standards
  • Oversee HRIS ecosystem for real-time reporting and efficiency
  • Oversee safety protocols and IIPP
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years in an HR leadership role at a mid-sized company
  • SHRM, SPHR or PHR certification desired
  • Experience leading and scaling a People Operations team
  • Proven ability to work with executive leadership on talent strategies
  • Hands-on experience with HR tech, HRIS platforms, and AI-driven analytics
  • Knowledge of health and welfare plan administration, leave policies, and total rewards
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and immigration programs
