In this role you will own the end-to-end development and deployment of ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI, within a leading global financial institution. You'll collaborate with multiple business lines to drive transformational AI-driven outcomes and represent the team at industry forums. The position sits in the CDAO's MLCOE, emphasizing data quality, scalable models, and impactful application across the bank. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver production-ready GenAI solutions that shape risk management and productivity.

• Research and develop state-of-the-art ML models for GenAI applications
• Partner with business, technology, and compliance teams to deploy ML solutions into production
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and develop large-scale frameworks for rapid ML adoption
• Act as a thought partner to leaders to identify and implement impactful ML methods

• PhD in a quantitative discipline OR MS with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong GenAI background and hands-on ML/DL expertise (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas)
• Ability to design experiments and metrics aligned to business goals
