Overview In this role you will lead the pursuit and delivery of civil/site development projects in Georgia. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate with government agencies, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget. You'll shape business strategy, pursue new clients, and mentor junior staff while maintaining profitability. This position blends leadership, technical delivery, and BD in a hybrid Atlanta-based setting with significant community impact.

Responsibilities- Manage significant projects, coordinating with clients and government agencies and cross team collaboration.
- Lead and implement business development strategies for new clients and strategic pursuits.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and oversee client satisfaction.
- Mentor and empower junior staff and other team members.
- Plan and manage projects and tasks to meet schedule and budget constraints.
- Oversee team and project metrics to ensure successful delivery and profitability.
Key requirements- Experience with both private and public sector clients and projects.
- Established network of relationships in Georgia is a plus.
- Successful experience responding to RFQ/RFP/SQ solicitations.
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, team building and communication skills.
- Experience managing junior staff, client relationships, and complex projects.
