Overview In this on-site contract role in Santa Clara, you will lead the Java-focused technical efforts for a large enterprise project. You'll drive architecture decisions, design reviews, and code walkthroughs while staying hands-on to ensure performance and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the technical direction and deliver scalable solutions. Key requirements- 10-15 years in Information Technology
- At least 5 years in a tech lead role
- Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, J2EE, JSP, HTML5, Struts, jQuery, Hibernate
- Database experience
- Knowledge of caching (e.g., memcache)
- Strong OO design fundamentals
- Experience with scalable large enterprise applications
- Hands-on involvement with architecture decisions and code reviews
