Overview In this role you will support and optimize ERP applications to enable accurate financial operations. You will work within a cross-functional team to resolve end-user issues, perform system testing and deployments, and train staff. You will manage core finance modules in Dynamics GP or D365 F&O, ensuring data security and process integrity. Responsibilities- Provide expert application support and rapid solutions for end-user issues
- Troubleshoot complex problems in Microsoft Dynamics GP, D365 Finance and Operations, and Sales Pad
- Conduct system testing, upgrades, and deployments
- Train end users on ERP tools and processes
- Manage finance modules (Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Cash Management, GL, Procurement) in Dynamics GP or D365 F&O
- Maintain security and integrity of finance systems and data
Key requirements- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015, D365 Finance and Operations, or Sales Pad
- Deep understanding of core financial processes and system security
