Responsibilities- Provide thought leadership on infrastructure planning and scalability
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists
- Develop data-driven solutions to identify and mitigate infrastructure risks
- Improve resource utilization and drive cost optimization
- Create data frameworks to accelerate troubleshooting and improve support quality
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to evangelize analytics to executives
Key requirements- 10+ years of infrastructure data science/analytics experience in high-velocity environments
- 5+ years of management experience in hiring and developing teams
- Experience building data science and ML products in a cloud environment
- Strong statistical knowledge and analytical techniques
- Experience with data visualization, data engineering, modeling, and big data technologies
