Sr. Program Manager - Global Customer Questionnaires, Customer Site Visits & Customer Relations

Overview

In this role you lead global customer questionnaire optimization, on-site audit coordination, and remediation efforts to strengthen customer relationships and compliance. You will embed insights into strategy, drive cross-regional operational alignment, and elevate trust through standardized processes. You'll work with regional teams to ensure consistent execution and scalable improvements. This position offers a chance to shape governance, automation, and data-driven insights at a global scale. You will partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable enhancements in questionnaire quality, site visit outcomes, and information integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve customer questionnaires and site visits to drive experience
  • Maintain and report metrics on questionnaires, site visits, customer satisfaction, and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent execution
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for questionnaires, site visits, and customer engagement
  • Identify and maintain expert contacts across departments
  • Lead global training programs to shorten response times and improve support processes
  • Deploy automation tools for questionnaire distribution and tracking
  • Build data platforms for actionable insights and ensure system interoperability
  • Provide real-time visibility through monitoring and analytics
  • Foster strong regional relationships across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Navigate cultural and compliance nuances and coordinate across time zones
  • Balance global standardization with regional flexibility
  • Deliver outcomes like higher response quality, improved compliance readiness, stronger site visit scores, standardized SOPs, and real-time visibility
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of program management experience in technology, server hardware, or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of ISO, environmental, and data center compliance frameworks
  • Proven expertise in operational and engineering environments (Supermicro-like)
  • Demonstrated success in questionnaire response optimization, audit coordination, and customer relations
  • Experience managing global stakeholders across diverse cultures and regions
