Sr. Design Manager - Data Center

In this role you will lead design planning, coordination, and delivery for hyperscale data center projects as the owner's representative. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and ensure quality across domestic and international projects. This position sits at the intersection of design and construction, enabling critical facilities to come online reliably and safely. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficient delivery and value engineering in a fast-paced, mission-critical context.

• Serve as the owner's representative through all phases of design and construction
• Lead coordination of design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management processes
• Oversee design reviews, constructability assessments, value engineering, and quality control activities
• Administer contracts, support procurement efforts, and manage change orders
• Track project deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate document control, design records, and as-built documentation
• Support cost estimating, financial reporting, and issue resolution
• Ensure successful project execution through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience managing design and construction projects
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction phases
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
