Overview As a Field Based Medical Science Liaison, you will execute the external engagement strategy for the therapeutic portfolio and support therapy area plans in the field. You will connect with External Experts, professional groups, and decision makers to advance medical knowledge and appropriate use of medicines. You'll deliver scientifically rigorous information, train staff, and support clinical development activities. This role blends science, collaboration, and patient impact in a hybrid field setting.

Responsibilities- Identify External Experts and stakeholders in the therapy area and geography
- Provide compliant medical information responses and ensure standards and local regulations are met
- Disseminate safety information and conduct scientific exchange about on-label medicines
- Deliver scientific presentations to formulary committees and HCPs
- Maintain expertise in evolving therapeutic areas and competitor medicines
- Support regional account planning, meetings, and scientific activities
- Assist in clinical development actions including investigator-sponsored studies
- Provide scientific training to GSK sales reps and educate HCPs for speaking on behalf of GSK
- Collaborate with matrix colleagues to align patient and business goals
- The role is hybrid field-based with regular travel within designated territory
- Support flexible working arrangements to balance professional and personal priorities
Key requirements- Pharm. D, Ph. D, DNP or MD with a clinical focus
- 2+ years' pharmacology/pharmacotherapy experience in humans with clinical application
