Overview In this role, you drive the overall success of the Heritage Psychiatric Health Facility by leading clinical care and managing program operations. You work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure clinical quality, workforce engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial stability. The position combines clinical leadership with administrative responsibilities in a 26-bed acute psychiatric setting. You will shape programs, ensure compliance, and respond to on-call needs, making a meaningful impact on patients and the organization.

Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the team delivering patient care and manage day-to-day program operations
- Ensure performance across Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security
- Collaborate with corporate functions, consultants, and external stakeholders (State/County agencies, community partners, consumer groups)
- Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within required timeframes
Key requirements- Master's in social services with CA Clinical License (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Four years in an administrative management role in a psychiatric healthcare setting (prefer Joint Commission)
- Two years of supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
- Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and recovery philosophy
- At least 21 years old
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (or ability to obtain)
- Post-offer physical, 2-step TB test, background clearances, licensing verification, and driving/insurance requirements as applicable
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance; willingness to use personal vehicle for meetings (mileage reimbursement)
