Overview As an Attorney Recruiting Specialist, you will lead end-to-end lateral hiring and shape recruiting strategies to advance the firm's talent goals. You will work within a national Attorney Recruiting team, partnering with leaders and hiring managers to improve outcomes. The role sits in NYC on a hybrid schedule and focuses on meaningful, full lifecycle recruitment in a demanding legal environment. You will help build a scalable, relationship-driven approach that supports growth and excellence in attorney talent.
Responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle lateral hiring processes from opening to offer
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality
- Cultivate productive relationships with firm leaders and hiring managers to align on talent needs
- Collaborate within the national Attorney recruiting team to standardize practices and share best methods
- Support pipeline-building and candidate development efforts across the NYC market

- Experience recruitment within similar legal environments
