Overview In this role you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver AI and data science solutions for federal clients, driving data-driven insights and scalable ML product lifecycles. You partner with clients to translate requirements into analytics-enabled strategies and manage end-to-end delivery in cloud and on-premise environments. Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver ML/data science solutions
- Plan, execute AI engagements using established processes and best practices
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design data analytics solutions
- Work with data engineers to ingest structured and unstructured data via ETL
- Leverage diverse data sources to build data-driven products
- Design and perform exploratory data analysis and manage analytics experiments
- Build and manage production-ready ML lifecycles, MLOps, and model management in cloud environments
- Create dashboards and interactive tools to translate data into actionable insights
Key requirements- Minimum of five years in technical data science
- U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience applying AI techniques to business goals
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, Scala, Spark, Hadoop, Alteryx, SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView
- Experience developing deep learning models (CNN, RNN) and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Fast.ai)
- Cloud experience or certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and ML pipelines / containers (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX)
- Ability to travel as required and hold a U.S. Government Secret clearance
