Overview As Regional Lead Estimator, you drive early-stage cost modeling for engineering, construction, and integrated delivery projects. You'll guide cross functional teams, oversee trade estimators, and ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets. Your work supports pre-construction and project development, transforming opportunities into active projects. You'll shape estimating standards and deliver trusted cost insights that influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities- Lead conceptual and schematic cost estimates for engineering, construction, and integrated delivery projects
- Use historical data, quantity take-offs, unit pricing, and systems/line count methods to build estimates
- Present cost models to internal teams and clients with clarity and transparency
- Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to align estimates with scope and financial targets
- Coordinate and mentor trade or discipline estimators to produce detailed cost components
- Conduct risk analyses from CRB and client perspectives
- Maintain and update historical cost data and benchmarking tools
- Support conversion of opportunities into active projects during pre-construction
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to regional estimating standards and tools
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 10-15 years of multi-discipline estimating experience
- Experience in life sciences, food & beverage, industrial, or commercial sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of design-build and integrated project delivery methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in estimating software (WinEst, Sage Estimating, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
